Prostate massage has long been a topic men do not discuss out loud. Yet it combines two things you rarely get from any other procedure: an intense, completely new kind of pleasure — and care for a part of the body a regular massage never reaches. This guide explains what a prostate massage actually is, how a session works in a salon, what to expect the first time and what it costs in Prague.

What is a prostate massage

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland sitting just below the bladder. It is often called the „male G-spot“: densely packed with nerve endings, it responds to gentle stimulation with sensations that ordinary touch simply cannot match. A prostate massage is a controlled, careful stimulation of this gland — external, across the perineum, or internal. Which variant you choose is entirely up to you and your comfort.

Why men try it

  • A new kind of finish. Prostate stimulation brings a deeper, longer experience than the classic route — many men describe it as a „wave“ that goes through the whole body.
  • Releasing the pelvic floor. Desk work and stress keep the pelvic muscles permanently tense. A gentle massage supports circulation in the pelvic area, and men often describe a feeling of lightness and release afterwards.
  • Curiosity and breaking a taboo. Trying something long considered „off limits“ is liberating in itself — and a discreet salon gives you a safe setting for it.

How a session works

  1. A short talk. The masseuse goes through what to expect, your experience and your boundaries. Nothing happens without your consent.
  2. Shower and comfort. The shower is right in the room; hygiene is essential for this procedure.
  3. The main programme. Prostate massage is booked as an add-on: your body relaxes first during an erotic massage, and only then comes the stimulation itself.
  4. The massage itself. The masseuse uses disposable medical gloves and a dedicated gel. She works slowly, watches your reactions and adjusts the intensity to what feels good.

Does it hurt? Hygiene and boundaries

No. A properly done prostate massage is gentle — uncomfortable pressure is a signal to slow down, not something to endure. Everything happens with gloves and plenty of gel, you can start with the external variant and you can stop at any moment. That is exactly why the first experience belongs in a salon where hygiene and communication are the standard, not an improvisation.

What to combine it with

The most natural pairing is a lingam massage — both techniques work with the intimate zones and together they make a complete experience; we explain lingam in detail in What is a lingam massage. If you prefer a slower, meditative pace, build the session on a tantric massage; for a first visit the classic erotic massage is the ideal base.
