Body to body massage is exactly what the name suggests: instead of working only with her hands, the masseuse uses her whole body — chest, stomach, thighs — gliding over your skin on a layer of warm oil. It is one of the most requested programmes in Prague’s erotic massage salons, and also one of the most frequently misunderstood.

This guide explains what actually happens during a session, how the technique differs from nuru, who tends to book it, and what you can expect to pay in Prague.

What is body to body massage?

The core of the technique is full skin-on-skin contact. After warming the oil, the masseuse begins with her hands, then gradually shifts to long, slow slides with her entire body, using her own weight to press and stretch the muscles of your back, legs and chest.

Because the contact area is so much larger than a palm, the sensation is denser and more enveloping than in a classic massage. Many guests describe it as the difference between being touched and being wrapped. The pace is deliberately unhurried — the point is sustained closeness, not a quick sequence of strokes.

Both of you are undressed for the massage, and everything happens in a private room. There is no script you need to follow: your only job is to lie down, breathe and let the masseuse set the rhythm.

Body to body vs nuru: the difference

The two programmes are often confused because both involve the masseuse’s whole body. The real distinction is the medium. Body to body uses warm massage oil, which allows slower, denser touch with real pressure — you clearly feel the contours of her body against yours.

Nuru works with a special Japanese gel made from seaweed. The gel is far more slippery than oil, so the movements become faster and lighter, closer to gliding than pressing. If that version intrigues you, our separate guide to nuru massage in Prague covers it in detail.

A simple rule of thumb: choose body to body if you want weight, warmth and slow contact; choose nuru if you want a slippery, playful glide. Neither is better — they are different sensations.

How a session works

Every visit follows the same simple flow, whether you book 30 minutes or two hours.

  • Shower. You start with a shower — each room has its own, and the masseuse can join you. It marks the transition from the street to the session and doubles as a gentle icebreaker.
  • Warm-up. The massage begins face down and hands-only: warm oil, long strokes, enough pressure to loosen your back and shoulders and quiet your head.
  • The body to body part. Once you are relaxed, the masseuse moves onto the table and starts working with her whole body — sliding along your back, then, after you turn over, across your chest and legs.
  • The finale. The session ends with a relaxing finish by hand. A good masseuse manages the tempo so the culmination arrives at the end of your time, not in the middle of it.

Afterwards you can shower again and take a few minutes to come back to earth. Nobody hurries you out of the room.

Who usually chooses it

Body to body suits first-timers surprisingly well: the structure is easy to understand, and nothing is expected of you beyond relaxing. It is also the natural next step for men who have tried classic erotic massage and want noticeably more contact.

The programme is equally popular with guests who value touch over spectacle — those who find a hands-only massage too distant but are not chasing the acrobatics of gel-based sessions. If skin warmth is what switches you off from work mode, this is your programme.
